Sunlighten saunas are designed for simple DIY assembly and typically take 1–2 hours to install with two people. While professional installation isn’t required, Fitness Solutions here in Knoxville, Tn. can set your Sauna up for you, if you prefer additional support.
Our saunas are engineered for indoor use. If you plan to place your sauna outdoors—with or without a roof—a custom sauna cover is required to maintain your warranty coverage.

Most people enjoy sessions lasting 30–45 minutes, three to four times per week. Saunas are safe to use daily and can be tailored to your comfort levels and wellness goals.
