Returns/ Exchanges
Fitness Solutions' goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Fitness Solutions Inc. reserves the right to exchange or repair any item sold, new or used . Fitness Solutions provides repair service only in certain areas. Please see local store for details. Fitness Solutions allows for a 30 day exchange period on all equipment sold if unit is not able to be repaired. All exchanges/returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the remaining balance being issued as in -store credit. Equipment must be returned in new condition. Refunds will not be given on delivery, installation, or labor fees.

Special Orders
Customers will be required to pay half of the total price at the time of purchase. The remaining balance shall be paid upon arrival or delivery of the product. In the event of a cancelled order, the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the total price of the product.
